Dieting and fasting – An Interview about the difference

The famous author Jeanette Winterson has been coming to our fasting clinic on Lake Constance for many years. During her last stay, we had the opportunity to film an interview between her and our Head of Research and Medicine, Dr. Françoise Wilhelmi de Toledo.

Jeanette Winterson won the Whitbread Prize for her first novel, a BAFTA Award for the best drama, the John Llewellyn Rhys Prize, the E. M. Forster Award and the St. Louis Literary Award, and is a two-time winner of the Lambda Literary Award.
