Recipe: Ingredients for 1 serving
110 g chicory,
1tsp cold-pressed olive oil,
3 g red lentil flour (finely ground red lentils),
Ingredients for quinoa:
1 onion,
50 g carrots,
50 g courgette,
40 g diced tomato,
20 g quinoa, raw (or 60 g cooked),
2 g salt, pepper,
5 g parsley (chopped)
