It goes without saying that we use locally grown produce of the highest quality. That’s why for the last 20 years and more, we have prepared our dishes with only 100% certified organic ingredients. We are proud to announce that as well as having Bioland certification, our clinic is the first in the world to be certified in accordance with the Demeter standard for its cuisine.
